ARMY AVIATION MUSEUM

Step back in time and get a glimpse into our Nation's history at the Army Aviation Museum at Fort Novosel (formerly Fort Rucker).  The exhibits give you a snapshot of the equipment and vehicles used during different eras in history and helps visitors trace the development of aviation in our Nation. The Army Aviation Museum has the largest collection of helicopters of any museum in the United States and guided tours are available upon request.

EUFAULA LAKE

Eufaula Lake is located between Alabama and Georgia on Lake Chattahoocee. This beautiful 45,000-acre lake is nationally known for its premier fishing recreation including bass and crappie fishing.  If you're staying with us, consider visiting Eufaula Lake and testing your angler skills while enjoying the vibrant and rugged outdoor scenery.

If you're looking for a fun day trip to enjoy the area's scenery, consider visiting Georgia’s “Little Grand Canyon” in Lumpkin, Georgia. FOLKLORE BREWERY

Enjoy a brewski or two at Folklore Brewery & Meadery in Dothan Alabama. With its laid-back vibe and obscure location, the brewery feels much like a speakeasy from the 1920s. The tasting room has over 14 varieties of beer and 8 or more house-made meads. Folklore Brewery offers inviting campfires during the frosty months and fun games like cornhole and life-size Jenga.
